My wife and I loved the place. It was just as advertised. We were provided the lock code and instructions on how to check in before we arrived. The place was very clean and all of the linen was obviously recently laundered and smelled like it had just came out of the dryer. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Jefferson.

Awesome place to stay!! Hosts were super responsive and let me book on short notice. Made sure if we needed anything to let them know. Our second time here and will be back! Great for a couples getaway!

The cottage was perfect for our little getaway! You can tell Zach and Taylor put a lot of thought into their place. There are homey little touches everywhere you look from the coffee bar and snacks, to the bath salts for the clawfoot tub, even the complimentary bicycles. Everything was so cute! And the bed was very comfortable. It’s also really close to downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

Thanks Zach for a wonderful stay at your place. If you’re looking to relax on the waterfront you found it. Zach’s place was well thought out, a porch on the waterfront, a screen out porch upstairs, it was even screened under the floor. We left the front door wide open with no signs of bugs. The family room with a 65” tv was nice to watch movies. The master bedroom bathroom was amazing! The other room also had a 55” tv which was great too. Not to mention the Caddo State Park was only a couple of miles away. We recommend taking the pontoon boat tour that was left in the kitchen brochure, a very scenic n informative boat tour.

We enjoyed our stay in the Bordeaux room. The bikes were a great way to get to downtown. It only took a few minutes to get there. Restaurants, coffee shops and local businesses are everywhere. The houses all around have such character and have been beautified. We loved riding the bikes down the different streets looking at the old homes.
The French Cottages were beautiful and cozy. We loved our room. The bed was comfortable, the restroom was clean and lots of amenities. The room had WiFi, water, a mini fridge, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer and smart TV.

This was such a great place to stay for our last minute decision to stay in Jefferson! Such a nice, clean and cozy place. Hosts were great and very responsive! Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

My best friend and I love coming to Jefferson for the candle light tour every December. We’ve always seen so many BNB’s and chose to finally stay at one. This little cottage was defiantly just want we needed for a good nights rest before we hit up all the antique shops in Jefferson. It’s cozy, warm, the best was just so comfy. They provided coffee pods and some snacks in the room as well. That’s a sweet touch. The location was the best part, it’s so close to downtown it’s practically walkable. They also have some cutie bikes for you to use. We unfortunately didn’t use it, it was so cold during our stay but that’s a great added touch. we would deff come back and stay again. Lovely little cottage!

The cottage was perfect for our stay. It is located in a very nice, peaceful neighborhood, yet an easy walk into town or through the historic neighborhoods.
Deer frequented the property and the setting is just right for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening.
Highly recommend!

The host is great and very generous. He allowed me to check in early because I was arriving in the middle of the night. The room is clean and well kept. I am very particular about what mattress I sleep on, so when I travel I just assume I will hate every bed I sleep in, BUT this bed is the first bed that I’ve slept in while traveling in like five years. Worth the price for the bed alone in my opinion.
